Yes, if there was a mistake made with your order, please contact us. As long as we have not shipped out your parcels yet, we can cancel your order or make adjustments as needed.
How do you ship parcels?
We ship via USPS to our customers in the United States. International orders are fulfilled with various couriers, depending on the destination location and current political and economic conditions.
How can I track my order?

When can I expect my order to arrive?
We are proud to offer incredibly fast 3 day shipping for expedited orders and 5-7 day shipping for standard orders. Shipping time does not including processing, which typically requires 1-2 days.
Do you ship worldwide?
We currently only offer expedited shipping for Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the United States. However, we ship via our standard line to anywhere in the world!
