Shipping is free on orders greater than $25, this is a site wide policy. Our shipping times vary depending on where you are located, please see the information that corresponds with order destination:

USA, Canada

We ask that you allow between 2-5 (Expedited) or 4-7 days (Standard) for shipping in the United States and Canada. Processing times may vary depending on the items in your order, since some items are flammable and require careful handling. Orders usually take 1 day to process, ensuring that you receive yours without errors. Orders are shipped out via USPS (picked up and delivered by Canada Post for Canadian customers)

New Zealand, Australia

Shipping times are 2-5 (Expedited) or 4-7 days (Standard) for shipping in the New Zealand and Australia. Again, processing times may vary depending on the items in your order, since some items are flammable and require careful handling. Orders usually take 1 day to process, and are shipped out via Australia Post and NZ Post. 

Rest of World

We offer 10-12 day shipping to all other countries not listed. Processing times may take longer due to import laws of the country you are in. We are proud to offer this service, please contact us if you have any specific questions.

*IMPORTANT*

After orders have been fulfilled, we are unable to make any changes. Customers must enter a valid mailing address for their order. If the shipping carrier or postal service is unable to locate the address entered, customers will not be able to claim a return or refund.

Full refunds are provided to customers that are unsatisfied with their results. Please ensure to follow instructions when restoring your leather. We are certain that our products work brilliantly when used correctly. 

To go about processing your return, please place a request for return inside of our returns center. Returns and will be reviewed by our team, and in some cases you may be contacted regarding your request. Customers will be subject to pay any shipping fees in order to facilitate their return, this is typically covered by a $7 restocking fee. Please follow all instructions on return center to ensure a smooth experience. If you choose to exchange your items, we will cover shipping costs incurred, and a fee will not be applied. 

Note: Customers must ship back their items in order to receive a refund. Any items that were damaged by the customer will not be eligible. For exceptional returns, in which there are no items to return, our team will review the case and respond promptly with a decision.
